Step 1: Application Fee Refund Policy

The application fee is refundable to candidates who are disqualified in the online test. However, certain conditions apply.

Step 2: Deduction for General Candidates

For general candidates, a deduction of 15% of service charges will be applied before the refund is issued.

Step 3: Full Refund for SC and ST Candidates

SC and ST candidates who are disqualified in the online test will receive a 100% refund of their application fee.

Step 4: Submission of Proper Proof

To claim the refund, candidates must submit proper proof of their caste at the time of refund claim. This proof is necessary to validate eligibility for a full refund for SC and ST candidates.

Step 5: Compliance

Please ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria and provide accurate documentation to expedite the refund process.

Payment is made in the payment section of the application by credit/debit card, UPI, Wallet.
